Fondant Cake Covering Class

This workshop is designed for those with little or no experience in using ready-to-roll icing.

Techniques taught include preparing a cake for covering, as well as rolling and applying ready-to-roll icing to achieve the perfect finish with sharp edges.

What you will learn:
  • How to prepare a cake for covering using ganache
  • How to cover a dummy cake with fondant
  • How to cover a real cake with fondant
  • How to place your iced cake on a board
